In addition to the terms of this Section 5, the terms applicable to specific Applications on the Website apply and, in case of discrepancy, those last terms shall prevail.

The Website is available in 5 languages for the ease of the users, but the reference language of the Website is English. These Terms of Use are currently only available only in the English language and, should any other language be available in the future, in case of discrepancies the English version thereof shall prevail.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, these Terms of Use are subject to Swiss substantive law.
Subject to mandatory jurisdictions designated by applicable law, the place of jurisdiction shall be at the registered seat of Foundation ZKS (subject to an appeal to the Swiss Supreme Court).
